User Avatar Anna Hey there! Recently started reading more nonfiction. The Feminine Mystique by Betty Friedan and The New Jim Crow by Michelle Alexander ATM. Old favorites include Gabriel Garcia Marquez's 100 Years of Solitude, and The King Killer Chronicle by Patrick Rothfuss. Highly recommend all of these. Ask for details if you're curiosity is piqued. User Avatar Kim Well if your looking for something completely different anything try by Fredrik Backman. All of his books that I've done just have very old curmudgeons. Old angry people always mean good times and lots of laughs. Comment Reply Comment Like Comment Share
User Avatar Kim @Aaron definitely better than hunger games. Because of my job I do a lot of audio books I generally finish about a book a day. Comment Reply Comment Like Comment Share
User Avatar Kim Aaron you should check out the Red Rising Trilogy by Pierce Brown if you haven't already. Highly recommend it. Comment Reply Comment Like Comment Share
User Avatar Daniel Hi! I want to talk about books. Who has read Sinclair Lewis? 😊📖 Comment Reply Comment Like Comment Share
User Avatar Kendall Anyone on here lately? I just finished Forster's A Room With A View and it was dreamy, anyone here read it before? Comment Reply Comment Like 1 Comment Share
User Avatar Brennon If you like artist biographies I say you should check out "black tooth grin" about pantera's "dimebag Darrell" the one who was murdered on stage in 2004. It was pretty interesting because most of these artist bios go on and on about how terrible their childhood was, but in the case of dime it was pretty positive. Also I believe "head" from corn has a book out there somewhere I imagine it would be pretty good since he did a complete 180 with his life Comment Reply Comment Like 1 Comment Share
User Avatar Brennon Does anyone out there know of any good adventure books, like "the adventures of huckleberry fin"? Maybe that showcase an old fashioned southern style dialect? If not maybe a nice strong Christian apologetic? Just looking for some new stuff to read Comment Reply Comment Like 1 Comment Share
User Avatar Megan re-reading a song of ice and fire..because I quite literally cannot get enough! Comment Reply Comment Like 2 Comment Share
